Yin – the perfect complement to a busy lifestyle and also to gym work, strength training and ‘yang’ movement/exercise like running. Poses are all on the ground and are help for up to 5 minutes. This is a class for anyone looking to open the body and calm the mind.
Vinyasa – I teach a strong flow that will increase your strength, stamina and flexibility but most importantly encourage you to connect with your breath. Classes are suitable for all levels.
